The holes to mount it were not in line with the three arms. After mounting it, I tried to make the three arms line up parallel; however, I had to forceably turn two of the arms to line them up. Then, I had to forceably rotate the entire piece to get them parallel to the floor because the two mounting holes were not in line with the arms. Now my bulbs/arms are nicely in a row, but the two mounting holes are off.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
